Rain stumbled across OTF Centennial when it 1st opened over 4 yrs ago. She was instantly " in love" & quickly became addicted, taking classes at least 4x/wk & at times, double sessions.  After a year of employment with Glendale OTF, her passion for OTF continued to grow. At the end of Dec 2015 Rain became a Certified Personal Trainer and by the beginning of 2016, she became an OTF Fitness Coach. Her Passion, Drive, and Dedication to OTF as well as to serving others continues to overflow. Mid July, Rain stepped into the role as Head Coach at SEA.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I Burn for my Sanity. OTF is my therapeutic release that then allows me to conquer any test that attempts to come my way.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My quilty pleasure is Ice Cream. I can easily devour a container of Ben & Jerry's in once sitting
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
ISO Squat Reverse Fly & Deadlifts
Elise Campbell, RD, CSSD is a personal trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. She has been a registered dietitian for the past 5 years and is a Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Originally from Illinois, Elise recently moved to the Denver area from Los Angeles, California. Elise enjoys hiking and trail running with her dog, George.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
The feeling I get after I finish a tough workout.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Food should not be a “guilty pleasure”. We need food to live, and it should be enjoyed. My guilty pleasure is watching bad horror movies.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I like plyometric body weight moves such as burpees and pop jacks.

 
Before Micah came to OTF he had been a certified trainer for 8 years, and had never seen a product quite like this before. As a fitness professional, he loves the challenge of coaching a group as a whole while at the same time finding new ways to challenge or modify exercises on an individual basis. In his free time he enjoys reading, music, poetry and art in all forms(particularly tattoos). For exercise he mainly lifts weights and does crossfit, but also enjoys trail running and hiking in the mountains where he lives.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for Spartan races
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I don't have a guilty pleasure, I don't condemn myself for anything I put into my body. It's there because I either earned it, or it's necessary for my body to function or perform.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Favorite OTF exercise is burpees.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
